Hello name is Mauricio Saldaña 25 years old. I'm new to real estate & I've just opened up my own business in real estate investing and am now working on sales for a great construction company. I am from McAllen, Texas (area known as the Rio Grande Valley) This place is growing big in the real estate market and now is the time for me to capitalize. I was hoping if anyone could give me some tips on generating some pre approved home buyers. Any tips are welcome... Thank you
