Hello everyone,

I am moving to Baton Rouge soon and am considering buying a home for investing purposes. Is the current real estate market in Baton Rouge a buyer's or seller's market? Also, if I wish to sell in 3-4 years, what is the likely hood that I will be able to sell without losing money (assuming there are no major problems with the house or area).
