New real estate agent

Hey guys, I am starting my career in real estate next week but I am worried about getting my first couple deals since I am a beginner and many people don't trust newbies. My question is what are my best options to getting my first deals. Is direct mail a better option for investors or is it a good source for agents as well ?

Hi @Alex Katos -  We have a motto in our house.  It is called "Adventure Wednesday" - It means that I can take off any day or days of the week that I want.  It's my choice. We use that motto with our kids. 19 at USC and 22 Just graduated LMU. -  They know that the only way they can have an "Adventure Wednesday" is to work for themselves doing their own thing, on their own timeline.  9-5 is not necessary!  GoBig with your decision and congratulations for taking the leap.  You have to Jump sometimes!
