Newbie starting out
I'm new to the RE Community and trying to get into the business. As of right now I have some leads from Driving for Dollars, Bandit Signs and a few other sources but I'm also trying to get some more leads because I haven't found a deal as of yet. Has anyone heard of thewholesalerstoolbox.com if so, is it a good source to generate some leads I mean you have to pay $30/100 properties with a minimum of $100 spending. I know we have to pay for marketing and leads but as a newbie any suggestions on starting out buying leads???
