Should I sell or rent?
I have a 94 mobile home on 3 beautiful green carpet grass lots with semi closed garage and backYard patio area and treehouse. It needs electricity work and flooring bathroom redo. I'm wondering if I should just sell my $28,000 appraised home or just fix it up and rent it? Also this is my current home and only thong i will own . Thank you for your input
