Wrap Around Mortgage Lead from Flippers
Hello BP, i read quite often that the best lead to do Subject-To and Wrap Around Mortgage are from Wholesaler investors because they do not put any money down for the property. But how about leads from Flippers, people said who fail to rehab or have the money to do it and will naturally consider it a fail investment? Do you think doing a Wrap with these investors will be a good lead?
