Finding Equity
How would I go about researching mortgage amounts? I am finding a lot of distressed properties, and am getting calls, but the owners usually owe somewhere around my rough ARV estimate. Is there a way to filter that beforehand? The furthest back the county records go for a transaction date is '09, but many people have refinanced since then.
