What are people's opinion about cash flow in Texas?

Plano? Dallas? San Antonio? Houston?

El Paso?

Karla Talancon San Antonio is an awesome rental market. We designed our whole business around rentals.

But like everything it depends where in SA how fast they rent. We use a property management company that has a large pool of renters.

In SA as long as you stick between $1000-$1800 you will have no problems renting and finding great renters. Plus that price range will keep you in the right areas.

Let me know if you need any more referrals.
