What investor has the best website for lead generation

I have reviewed popular website platforms; however, I want to see actual examples of sites that convert. Who has the best website for generating seller leads?

They all have low cost trial periods. Try a few and see what feels right. Web sites don't convert leads, it's the follow-up effort.

@Jake Gaines I created this thread as a starting point for research I am doing on good looking websites that convert leads. Personally, I plan on doing direct mail, ads and PPC to drive phone calls and visitors to my website.

@Yozka Rodriguez do you feel that the most common DM lists (non-owner occupant & high equity) give you best response rates?

@Bennie Coleman one of the awesome part of investor carrot is that the content comes directly from them. They created all the content already. I just needed to plug & play. They also have free content packages where the system would do auto content post for 16 articles for a daily/weekly/monthly most for certain criteria. When it comes to tracking leads to the site. I would suggest connecting google Analytics to tracking incoming traffic and also by google tagging from field forms but honestly we figured keeping track of that is pointless starting out. We're more focused on our direct mailers & calls. With incoming calls we always ask where they heard from us.

@Yozka Rodriguez how do you track lead source (Web, DM or Phone) especially when they contact you via the site? Or do you use a "how did you hear from me" form field. Also, did you write most of your website content or is it stock/standard?

Hi @Bennie Coleman, we use investor carrot. www.homesteadbuyers.com but most of our conversions are from direct mail & phone. We use investor carrot to build more of a company presences.

Chis (http://www.webuyknoxvillehouses.com/) uses on carrot and is customized with good content.

Gordon (https://www.gordonbuyshomes.com) has a custom site that looks good and has some good info

https://www.fasterhouse.com/ looks effective and straight to the point with nice testimonials.
