How to Market to first time home buyers

Hello all -

I would like to sell more properties to first time homebuyers using FHA loans. I used yard signs and classified ads to generate leads, with minimal success.

I'm seeking advice from the group:

What are some successful marketing techniques that you have used to generate first time homebuyer leads? Looking forward to the responses.

Thanks

You do realize you have a seasoning issue of 90 days+ with FHA right?
Be that as it may, getting buyer leads, you need to research your area's demographics and statistics on first time homebuyers (age, income levels, workplace, etc)
I suggest you speak to RE agents. They should have buyers lists for you, of course you would need to pay them their side of the commission, but you should have already allowed for that room before you purchased.
