Building Buyer And Seller Lists
Hello everyone my Name's Mark LeCounte. At the current moment I'm new to Bigger Pockets and Wholesaling. I've gone to a few REIA meet ups and also been to a few real estate summits held by Than Merrill and the Fortune Builders. I don't have a problem with networking and talking on phones like some of the others on here. My dilemma, is what means do I have to build a good buyer and motivated seller list, other than attending REIA meet ups. I'm really eager to get started and I want to hit the ground running. Just don't have any Idea of where to start.
