How can I find a private lender in Virginia

Does any one know where I can find a private mortgage lender ? I am in need of some one willing to lend for a pice of property in Virginia 30 acres zoned A-1 . Will be living on it and farming

@Matt Tobin, I was just at a presentation for Washington Capital Partners, met one of the principals, and they are doing lending all over VA, especially in the DC Metro and Hampton Roads (757) markets.
