What lists can you get from title companies?

I'm trying to get the ball rolling, and I understand that title companies can be a good place to get information. Exactly what lists can they provide, though, and is there any best way to go about asking for them?

Thanks!

as a former title rep I would give the person a reasonable list and let them know that it would be VERY NICE if any deals that you get as a result of the list will be brought to me to return the favor. If that didnt happen then I would let customer service know to cut them off. That always seemed to get my phone to ring....

The information available to the rep depends on how good the individual counties are on recording docs and making them searchable, Texas was a big pain in the but anytime someone requested data from there.

Good Luck!
