There is this investmt ppty I am looking to put an offer in. It has already got 6 tenant in it,and they are on a month to month rent. The ppty produce an $800 income after my surppose mortgage and utility every month. I am a little bit chicken about it, because I am going to be paying the actual value for it, and the mortgage is not what I can caugh up without the tenants rent. Also from what I heard its difficault to sell a house with tenants still living in it, cos I found this seller by sellers neighbor, the ppty wasn't in the market . plz help! I need to make a decission asap! thank you in advance for any advise.
