Utica, NY Property Manager?

Hi everyone - I'm new to BP but need to congratulate you all for developing a fantastic resource. I am considering a multi-family in Utica NY, but since I'll be an out of state investor, I'll need some help. Can anyone recommend a 1) property manager from the Utica area and 2) a good broker who has experience with rental investors? Similarly can folks recommend an accountant and an attorney (both preferably from MA where I live)? Thanks in advance! I look forward to meeting you and hopefully contributing to the community.
