Totally Blind Investor needs help

My name is Sterling. I've worked in the Real Estate industry as a licensed agent on and off since 1998. I lost my sight in 2006 but never lost my interest in the industry. I am looking for some guidance on how to do investing as a person who is totally blind.  Any suggestions?

@Sterling Parker

I admire your ability to look forward and seek a brighter future through real estate. I would be glad to help ant way I can. Are you reading this through some type of computer friendly device? Are you married to someone with a similar interest? Do you trust the opinions of your former fellow agents or have some agent you can work with? With your background and knowledge of your community I see no reason why you can't succeed. I assume you want to start a rental portfolio.
