Turnkey Property Companies
Does anybody have any success stories with a turnkey property company, or is it best to do your own work?

I've only bought turnkey properties (with one accidental exception) and they are all I'll buy. I love them. They require a certain level of due diligence and knowledge, of course, but compared to other investment options...I'd take them any day! I love mine.
