Young Member Looking for Tips
Hello everyone,
First off i am so happy i found a place like bigger pockets! I have been interested in real estate investing for about 3 years now. I am currently 19 years old and entering my sophomore year of college. I work a part time job on the side. My plan is to grow my knowledge and also my savings account :P so i can finally purchase my first rental property. If any of you have any tips on purchasing with little to no money down as well as no credit, as i am still young, I would really appreciate it. Recommendations on books would be great as well.
