When just starting out in real estate what are some things that you should do every day to better your chances of success in this business ?
Being a newbie, I'm looking for anything and everything possible to get more knowledgable each day in real estate investing. I'm looking to form new habits in hope that real estate investing will become second nature to me.
Open to all ideas.
