Detroit investing
Good morning BP members,
We are looking to invest in the Detroit area but are unsure of the areas we should be looking for or areas we should avoid. If anyone can assist that would be much appreciated, thanks!

Hi @Sergio Ali I'm a full time wholesaler in Metro Detroit. I typically stay out of the city of Detroit. There are some good pockets within the city, but there are a lot of great opportunities in the surrounding communities like Warren, Redford, Roseville, Ferndale and Madison Heights. Then there are higher end areas like Troy, Birmingham, West Bloomfield and Northville. Feel free to message me at any time if there's anything I can do to help.
