Looking To Buy My First Property
Hi, my name is James. I live in Dallas, Tx. I've never bought a property before, and I'm looking at trying to secure a FHA loan to purchase a Duplex/4-Plex. Should I apply for the loan first and then search for the property? I've never done this before so I'm looking to find some direction. Thanks, and everyone have a wonderful day!
