cleveland, eastlake, ohio

hello BP

im starting looking into cleveland area for investment. i saw few properties in eastlake, euclid area. any particular area you recommend? avoid? i'm looking for at least class B property. no sec 8 tenant

Hello Jim!

I am very familiar with those areas. Using the grading scale is a lose tool as some have different opinions. It's a shame there is not an official regulated system. Instead we just see how other people feel about other cities. 

Eastlake is an AMAZING city. Very low taxes, 25 minutes from Downtown Cleveland. Many cities in Lake County can have a great ROI. Euclid is also great. There is plenty of opportunity there.
