Looking for Investor-Friendly Real Estate Agent in Atlanta
I am looking for an investor-friendly real estate agent in the Atlanta area. I moved to Atlanta from California 1 year ago and am looking for residential properties to acquire. As of right now, cash flow driven properties are my priority but would like to start flipping as I develop contacts in the area. I'm hoping to find someone with immense contacts / resources in the area and has investment experience. Thanks!!!
