Running comps in Arizona

Hello investors,

Just moved to Phoenix, Arizona and need help getting access to comps. I was wholesaling deals in Dallas, TX and was able to get access to comps through the paid service called Propelio. I have a few possible leads but it's kinda scary to jump in when you don't know your numbers and the market to well. I am in Real Estate school so I will be getting access in under a month but need something temporary to hold me through. Anything help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
