What Real Estate Class Should I take?!

Question

What Real Estate Class should I take starting off? I want to be a landlord and would also like to learn about wholesaling. However since I am a beginner I would take any class right now to increase my knowledge.

Account Closed Grab a bunch of books. For a hundred bucks you can pick up 4-5 books that will teach you as much as a class.

Account Closed why bother with a class? Buy a bunch of books and read them! Go to meetups and talk with people doing what you are doing. You can spend your money on a class, but I would recommend just getting the same learning and build some relationships for less cost.

Appreciate it have you heard of Cody Sperber Your first million in real estate? I heard they give you a mentor and he helps you make a game plan and they teach you about real estate however its $495 but idk if its worth the money.

You can approach it in a variety of ways.

1. Read Real Estate Investing Books

2. Stay tuned to BP ( a lot of free stuff here).

3. Take some real estate investing coureses at community colleges, local realtor association.

4. If you want to take any mentor / coach courses, make sure to check reviews as in most cases, they are very expensive.

5. There is no silver bullet when it comes to real estate investing.
