Which coaching program do you recommend?

Hi all, I'm looking forward to a fruitful membership on this site. My wife and I have decided that it's time to take our business a bit more seriously and are going to pay for a coaching program of some type. We're currently considering between Fortune Builders and Rich Dad. Any suggestions/ feedback? Thanks!

Welcome to the forum!  I would suggest spending an hour a day and listen to the podcasts.  These are hands down some of the best nodes for eal estate information on the internet. When you have questions arising from the material, post on the forum.  This will teach you a more well rounded approach to RE investing, rather than a specific strategy that may not be applicable in your specific market.

I would advise against these courses and instead adcise that you redirect that money towards building a marketing direct mail campaign or putting into your first purchase.

Best of luck to you!
