Welcome to the forum! I would suggest spending an hour a day and listen to the podcasts. These are hands down some of the best nodes for eal estate information on the internet. When you have questions arising from the material, post on the forum. This will teach you a more well rounded approach to RE investing, rather than a specific strategy that may not be applicable in your specific market.

I would advise against these courses and instead adcise that you redirect that money towards building a marketing direct mail campaign or putting into your first purchase.

FB is very expensive. I can't tell you anything about the other one. You might talk to @Brian Gibbons and see what he offers. I am sure there are others.

@John Chin  Hey John lets reconnect.. want to catch up with what your up to !!...

@Michael Ablan  I personally like more of the one on one coaching programs it really depends on what area of the business you want to be in ... Vertucci has a good fix and flip program I have been to that one and he gets very detailed in how to do fix and flip retail.. and does not pitch products like most of the TV guys do... but its all about what you put into it.

If your looking for a more rounded type experience I would for sure simply enroll in a real estate license course so you under stand the rules of the road.. and there are some very good trainers out there that are more one on one.. but will work with you for a year.. these will cost about 100k But the folks I have seen come through those are making very good money... I think Brian Giddons has a much cheaper version and works with you one on one... and knows a lot about different scheme's to buy and hold and or flip. and he is cognizant of the laws  which many guru's are not.

I'd have to agree with @michael ablan (not sure if tag is working) about not paying for a course.

At first i thought you meant you hadn't gotten started in real estate, and then I started thinking that you meant you have but you want to get more serious about it.

If you haven't started yet... I would start by reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide (https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investin...) . Then start coming to bigger pockets every day and reading as many posts/discussions/blogs you can on the site. Also start going through the podcasts and listening (LOTS of great info there).

If you wanted to actually spend money, I'd grab the 4 hour work week as well as other books.  I'm not sure how expensive those coaching classes are but something tells me your money would be better spent if you just bought books and read them thoroughly instead.

@Ben Nilson, I noticed you are in Yukon. I sold quite a few new-builds in Piedmont to cash-flow investors (turn-key, with property management in place). Most of the investors were foreigners. I'm a huge fan of the OK City market.

Have you considered a franchise opportunity? Deal flow and sourcing motivated-seller leads is the toughest part of building a real estate business. Check out our site below before committing thousands to an education/coaching platform. Compensation drives behavior. If you're looking for a support system, engage in one that gets paid when you make money vs. paying for promises. I'm a fan of both FB's and RD, but for the same money, you can turn on deal flow via smart marketing vs. beating bushes with a lot of competition.
