Starting in Tennessee
Hey everyone I have been reading and listening to podcasts on BP for quite some time now. I have finally convinced my wife to sell our current house and move to smaller house to cash in on this market and take our first step in REI. We both currently work so we have decided to look for buy and hold deals right now in the Middle Tennessee are. Looking forward to hearing from people here and sharing my experience.
