I am 14 years old and I am running a small ebay business making about 300 dollars a month and growing it (my goal is a thousand dollars a month). In a year or two I was wanting to invest in a mobile home to rent out total investment under 10,000. Would this be possible for a minor to own and rent out a property? And how would I go about the legal process of doing this? Thanks
