THE BEST REAL ESTATE BOOKS?

Hey all, just Incase I can't respond to everyone (if anyone comments) I would like to say thank you in advance. Now I'm currently saving a deposit up, to start investing with. Now whilst saving this deposit I am wondering what books everyone suggests? I'm looking at buy and hold investments as I want to generate a solid cash flow to start off with. I would also like some information on refinancing - after re evaluation etc. There are many books out there and some could send your thoughts the wrong way, so I'm just wondering what everyone suggests to be a good read , containing valuable information. Thanks
