Any Ideas on "start small" deals?
Hello, My name is Vitaliy. I have been learning about commercial real estate for some time now and ready to start. Any one have any ideas on what kind of deals I can look into to start with? I have been involved with residential investing for some time and want to move into the commercial space. Currently I am in the process of building up capital so I am more interested in cap gain deals but not opposed to buy and hold. As long as the deals are small (under 500K).
