I'm new to wholesaling and have just learned about POF's. As a new wholesaler I don't have 100's of thousands or even 10's of thousands of dollars in my account. In doing research, looking for ways around this, I've come across a couple sites that claim to provide a letter and statement to help you get passed this hurdle. One in particular: getpof.com. I was wondering if anyone here has tried this site or any similar sites and if so how it worked out for you??
