How to Get Started/Find the Help I May Need
After listening to countless podcasts, reading forum after forum on BiggerPockets and attending my local REIA meetings, I've decided to go for it...I am determined to get my foot in the door in real estate investing! I'm hoping to get buy & hold properties, wholesale and work my way up to fix & flip properties.
As far as wholesaling, I've utilized the driving for dollars strategy & I found an additional 100 potential properties... I have hand written and addressed these letters and am prepared to mail these as well.
As much research as I've done and as excited as I am to get started, I am admittedly apprehensive due to my lack of experience and knowledge when it comes to real estate investing. More specifically, how one comes across the funding to get started in investing... to get that first deal. I am also hoping to find a mentor who can help guide me and help me get a foot in the door. Any advice/resource/help is greatly appreciated! Thank you :)
