New member from Minnesota!
Hi everyone!
I am Bobby Mason, a new member from Minnesota. I am so excited to learn from everyone on Bigger Pockets. I have been looking through the forums and the different comments for the last several weeks and I am shocked at how willing everyone is to help each other.
I just joined Bigger Pockets because I love Real Estate. I just graduated from college and have run several businesses over the past 6 years that hopefully helps increase my ability to do real estate investing. I have finished all of the courses and tests to become a licensed real estate agent but have not currently found a broker.
The last thing I wanted to mention is that I hope to own 10-20 income producing properties in the next 10 years. This may appear to be a lofty goal but I am hoping with some advice from all of you and hard work I can accomplish this dream. I am currently hoping to do one or two deals over the next 6-12 months. I have been looking into both commercial and multi-family properties, but still know very little about both industries.
I can't wait to hear everyone's advice!
