Selling a rehab during the slow season?

Just like to know from all experienced RE flippers, is it a bad time to buy, rehab & sell during the winter months? I currently have an opportunity to buy a small home for rehab right now which means if the project takes 30 to 45 or 60 days to complete that could take the finish product right into the middle of Christmas Season. Are people/investors still buying investment properties in that time period? I know on the typical standard home sales the market slows down to almost a complete halt since people are well into their Holiday Season of shopping, decorating, skiing, celebrating etc. Would it be wise to wait until after the Holiday Season or does that even matter at all? I greatly appreciate all comments, suggestions & feedback.
