Hi everyone. I am a bit new to BP but so far I am amazed at how much everyone helps each other. This is a fantastic site!!
Is there anywhere on this site to reach out to investing partners for a 50/50 purchase and hold? I am sitting on 2 great rental properties in Kalamazoo close to downtown, colleges, hospitals and a newer medical school. Anyone who is familiar with downtown Kzoo knows it is has gone through a HUGE upgrade in the past 10 years and is now focussing on affordable housing for students, residents, etc.
