Fix and Flip. Getting hard moeny
My name is Jordan and I'm getting into fix and flip real estate investing. I was wondering how you get financing to fund your project and the rehab costs of it. Some of the lenders are saying that I don't qualify for a loan so, I was just wondering if anybody on here had any advice for me. I'm really excited about starting this just need a little help.
