I have a question
It is very important to have a power team when your are trying to invest in to the real estate market however, I am having a hard time finding a real estate attorney and Realtor to complete my power team. Is it necessary for me to have a real estate attorney and Realtor on my power team to be successful in real estate? If so, how and when do you paid the real estate attorney and Realtor?
