I've owned my own business for years but I've gotten into tough times and I'm thinking about switching over and doing this. However I don't have access to a lot of money just enough for marketing. Do I have to have a lot of money in order to wholesale deals and do this business successfully question? I'm just concerned that I'll find good deals but did not have the money to make them happen.
