I'm located in San Antonio and have been very curious as to the right way to do a wholesaling deal.  What are the correct documents to use without putting myself in jeopardy?  Also, what tactics do I need to be successful in the wholesaling community?  Any tips are greatly appreciated.  Thank you all!!

Welcome to the forums @Parker Daniel.

Lots of great information here. Get out to some meetings and meet some people. I am having a meeting tonight, Alamo REIA is tomorrow night. Mine is free, no reservations needed. Alamo is a big group that you can go free once or twice then its $150 per year.

All the info is on my profile. Hope to see you and everyone else there tonight.
