Hello, My name is Troy,

I am currently a home owner and I am looking for advice on renting out my home. I am mortgage free and want to use the rental profits to invest in more rentals. If the average rent for a single family in my area is 1,800 per month, what kind of actual profit should I average with no mortgage?
