Looking to network, meet buyers and learn
Good evening. I am just starting out in the world of REI. I do not have experience or a lot of capital. I am looking to start off in wholesaling to build that up as well as get experience and knowledge. I am looking to meet/network with investors in my area. I would like to know what type of properties you typically invest in? If you work with wholesalers or are willing to, what are your particular expectations from them? I am looking in areas around the baltimore beltway but mostly west Baltimore county.
