Strategies on Getting Entry-Level Job in Real Estate
Looking to break into real estate by getting entry-level position. Found great ideas on forums: assistant property manager, concierge at a building, working for title company and more. What are your thoughts, strategies, personal experience on sending resume directly to companies or investors who haven't advertised a position. I've read that as much as 80% of job openings aren't advertised. Does mail work better than email? Or networking through Linked-in?
