Need advise on Financing!
Hello,
I'm new to real estate investing and I'm having a really hard time finding lenders to fund my deals. Some people tell me not to get involved with hard money lenders but my credit is hindering me from getting loans with banks. Plus, I don't have the large amounts to purchase the properties out right and do rehabs and put down large amounts for financing. : ( Can someone please point me in the right direction for lending. Doing flips, owning rental property, and being 100% involved in real estate is my dream! Its so depressing and discouraging getting turned down for loans. But even more depressing being stuck in this Rat Race.. I'm determined to find my way in this business and with every part of my soul will work to be successful. PLEASE HELP
