Hard money lenders

Hi Team,

Does anyone know of any good and reasonable private money lenders in MA. I live in the Cape Cod area and I am tired of struggling. I need to make a deal happen sooner than later. I have decided to act!!!!

I have been looking  at a few units, mainly multifamilies and contacted a realtor today and got a few listings. I need to build a rapport with some lenders since I currently cannot get conventional financing at this moment. I need to be confident if and when i get a good deal to make an offer on, that I will have funds to back me up.

As usual, any advice at all stages is highly welcome and appreciated. I need to make this happen and stop procrastinating..
