References in the Milwaukee Area
Hello, I am looking to become a buy and hold investor in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin area. I am just beginning and have spent a decent amount of time reading books and listening to podcasts trying to further my education. I have even looked at a couple of houses and made one or two offers. I feel as if I am ready to jump into a deal and make a couple of rookie mistakes and learn from them, I understand that if I hope to grow as an investor, I need a solid team around me. This post is to reach out to people who might have some references for good people who are based, or who work in the Milwaukee Area. I am more than willing to take someone out for coffee, I am really looking to reach out and network at this point and build connections early.
