Question on first investment
Question for the group.
I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on hiring a property management company. The benefits issues etc. I'm getting my business plan together and have been reading a lot on this site and am curious to hear thoughts if this is something I should immediately get set up. I'm looking to purchase a 3-4 family house so I want to set myself up for success but have a full time job as well.
