Hey hows everyone doing just wondering whats the best way to get started with my first flip

Take massive action... 

1. find a great deal (MLS, Off market, neighbor, send letters)

2. Rehab it.  ( if you are just getting started and are confident i think its a great idea to rehab yourself to learn the trade and boost returns on the first 1-2 properties. 

3. market it for sale

Rehabbing in a nutshell.  I know i missed like 47 steps but hear me out here... YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU START... just jump in and figure it out. you will not regret it.
