Looking for Guidance or educational opportunity (Miami Florida)
I am looking for an individual or team in Miami Florida or somewhere nearby in search of opportunity. I am interested in any type of learning experience in real estate investing. I am specifically looking for an individual that wants to help a young investor like me get their feet wet. Of course, I am willing and able to assist the business even if it means grabbing coffee, food etc. If there is employment opportunity, I would be interested as well. Whether it is paid or not, I value the experience over any dollar amount. I have reached out to several investors without a response so far. I have met with one investor that told me to learn the business A-Z about 4 months ago. Since then I have taken courses at Florida International University and worked as a Loan Processor for a mortgage company, which enabled me to understand how financing works.
