Hi! My name is Takeshia I live in Memphis,TN and houses are really cheap here and I'm trying to decide whether I should be focusing on buying rentals with seller financing or wholesale to build my funds. I have a decent job and can save at least 2000 a month. Any response is helpful and thanks in advance.
