First time investor- Househacking a Duplex
Hey BP family!
So I am in the Akron, OH area looking to househack a duplex. I was pre approved for 150k, soI am unsure whether i should I look for properties up to 150k to maximize my cash flow and ROI? I would love some feedback, thank you.

Go for a FOUR-plex, applying for an FHA-approved loan, which only requires 3.5% deposit.
